Greenwich real estate agent recognized as a rising star in his industry | Ezine Daddy

Houlihan Lawrence announced that Spencer Sodokoff, an agent in his Greenwich office, has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors’ Realty Magazine as one of the top 30 rising stars in real estate nationwide.

Nationwide, more than 300 young real estate practitioners for 30 under 30 applied this year. In early March, a jury narrowed the field down to 50 finalists, from which Sodokoff was voted into the final 30 Under 30.

Sodokoff joined Houlihan Lawrence after working at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services from 2015. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Sodokoff is also a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. He is licensed in both New York and Connecticut. He has also received a Gold Award for Sales at Houlihan Lawrence.

Sodokoff lives in Greenwich and is a graduate of Skidmore College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He serves as the varsity hockey coach for Greenwich Country Day School and as the hockey coach for the Greenwich Skating Club.

Honors Announced on Dean’s List at Tufts

Tufts University in Medford, Mass., recently announced the Fall 2021 Dean’s List.

Honored local students in the Class of 2022 include: Margaret Durning, Em Friedman and Rene LaPointe Jameson, all from Greenwich.
